Red wines should be served at cave temperature and not room temperature. Cave temperature is 58 degrees. White wines and sparkling wines should be served at 48 degrees which is not icy cold or cave temperature. Basically if you take it out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes it should be right. If served too cold, they won’t have much flavor. Drink responsibly and enjoy!
