Ingredients
2 pounds of new potatoes or baby potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Sprinkle of kosher salt
Technique
Rinse and drain potatoes. In a large baking dish combine all ingredients . Stir until all potatoes are coated with olive oil. Cover. Place in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Once they are fork tender, they are ready to serve.
