This is a quick salsa, that can be made anytime and is perfect with any TexMex dish or serve it up with tortilla chips for an appetizer or snack! The salsa is displayed in the bottom bowl. Make the Pico de Gallo displayed in the top bowl and serve as shown (sour cream is in the middle bowl) for a perfect addition to your TexMex meal or as an appetizer!
Ingredients
2 ripe avocado diced see How to Cut an Avocado
1/3 cup of diced onions
Half of 1 lime
1/3 cup of chopped cilantro- stems removed
Pinch of kosher salt
Technique
Mix all ingredients together, and serve immediately.Â
