Ingredients
2 ripe mangos diced see How to Cut a Mango if needed
1 ripe avocado diced see How to Cut an Avocado if needed
1 cucumber, peeled and finely diced
2 kiwis, skin removed and finely diced
1/2 of a small onion, finely diced
1/3 cup of fresh cilantro, stems removed and finely minced
Juice of 1 lime
Sprinkle of kosher salt
Technique
In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix together and serve with tortilla chips for a snack or as a garnish to complete your grilled seafood.
