Ham is generally great as is, but we have taken a wonderful glaze that makes it simply spectacular! The Robert Rothschild jarred dip can be purchased in most grocery stores or can be purchased online at Robert Rothschild Serve with Potato and Mixed Mushroom Au Gratin or Fingerling Potato and Wild Mushroom Au Gratin and Chilled Asparagus with Lemon Infused Olive Oil, Cherry Tomatoes and Fresh Dill for a great Sunday dinner or Easter dinner. Serves a crowd.
Ingredients
Ham
1 -5 lb. smoked ham fully cooked
Whole cloves inserted into ham (optional)
1/2 cup of Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard Dip to glaze
Sauce
1/2 cup of Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard Dip
½ cup of red wine vinegar
Technique
Cook ham according to package directions just to warm. This one took about 30 minutes. Glaze the ham 15 minutes before removing from oven. Remove from oven and let rest for about 10 minutes and serve with sauce on the side.
To make sauce, whisk together ingredients in a small sauce pan to heat. Place in a gravy boat and serve along side ham.
