Cooking in Parchment Paper!

Cooking in parchment paper or as the French call it “papillote” is an extremely easy and quick way to make a meal!  You can choose to add just protein or make it a complete meal by adding other ingredients, just make sure the cooking time for all the ingredients is the same. The technique is simple: take a sheet of parchment paper fold it in half, add ingredients to one half (the other half is going to be your “lid”), crimp the edges to seal the packet, place on a baking sheet, bake and enjoy!  How easy and quick is that and clean up is a breeze! The packets also make a great presentation. You can also use foil too as I have done calling them “Hobo Packets”,  which is the name my Mom used.  Try a few of mine listed below, see my recipe collection for more options or add the ingredients of your liking!
