The entrée I have been making for years and has become a favorite even if it isn’t Spring!  Don’t wait until Spring treat yourself to the entrée anytime of the year! If you don’t have or can’t find the pea shoots and blossoms use a mix of greens and if you want to make it extra special add edible flowers. If you are making for a Valentine’s Day menu you will need to use mixed greens instead. This would also make a great Mother’s Day dinner or lunch.
