French food is not necessarily associated with easy, but this French inspired menu actually is easy in my opinion. Not to mention on the lighter side – except for the butter, bacon and… Hey I said it was on the lighter side not necessarily low in fat! The mussels are my take on the classic French Moules Marinière and the salad is a different twist on the classic French Salade Frisé Aux Lardons.
