Sometimes we need a simple, light and flavorful date night menu especially after the Holidays. However, it is perfect for any time of the year. The fish is very simple to make, but the truffle oil makes it spectacular! The first course in my opinion is a cross between a salad/appetizer/dessert. Plus the chocolate martini is a wonderful way to end the meal – after all who doesn’t like chocolate and this is a very creamy chocolate martini that is decadent and not over powering!
