A berry yummy take on the traditional martini! I made this for our contributing editor, Ellen, who doesn’t drink martinis and she told me that she probably wouldn’t drink it. However, after tasting it, she loved it and drank the whole thing! I hope you enjoy it as well. I have put ingredient amounts in cups and tablespoons as well as ounces, because that is how I made it and I think that it will be easier for the home cook/mixologist to make.
Ingredients
2 oz. of Vodka (1/4 cup)
1 oz. of Raspberry Liqueur (2 tablespoons)
Ice
Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
Technique
Ingredient amounts will make one drink. Place all ingredients in a shaker, except for garnish. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. No ice should be present. Garnish and enjoy!
