Spanish Cheese Plate

This is a great appetizer for a “theme type of dinner party” that is very easy to assemble. These cheeses are mild and go well with the lime infused oil and salami.  The lime infused oil is from Sonoma Farm and can be purchased in some grocery stores or online at Sonoma Farm.  If you can’t get this oil the appetizer will still be great without it.

Ingredients

1 – 8 oz. of Rose Salami thinly sliced
1 – 45 gram wedge of Don Bernardo Queso Manchego
1- 45 gram wedge of Gran Capitan Curado
1- 45 gram wedge of Gran Capitan semi Curado
1- 45 gram wedge of el Ventoro Tierno
2 tablespoon of lime infused oil (optional)
1 gluten free package of crackers
1 package of sesame seed crackers

Technique

Slice salami into thin slices. Place cheeses onto serving dish and place the salami and crackers around the cheeses. Pour lime infused oil into a decorative glass if using and place on the platter for drizzling over cheese and salami.
