A great snack, appetizer or a side dish that is healthier than the fried version.
Ingredients
1 large sweet potato
2 tablespoons of olive oil
A pinch of kosher salt
Technique
Peel sweet potato. Cut into wedges 2-3 inches in length and a half inch wide. This will be difficult to make perfectly uniformed as you would a potato but try your best. Place in a mixing bowl and add olive oil and salt. Toss until well coated with oil. Transfer contents to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
