Valentine’s Day Menu (Coral Pasta with Lobster in Creamy Herbed Lemon Sauce)

Lobster is a perfect splurge for Valentine’s Day or for most any special occasion! With the entree I have created, only 1 lobster is being used keeping the cost down without sacrificing luxury. With the savings, I have added a beautiful pasta in a decadent sauce! Can’t find lobster or the pasta – no worries use your favorite pasta and use your favorite seafood or even chicken. If wanting to serve an appetizer I would highly recommend oysters on the half shelf or Clams Casino. I also made my own chocolate covered strawberries because I wanted them to be served exactly to my Sweetie’s liking and my boys’ liking! Anyway you mix it up, it is sure to impress!
