This is a very easy smoothie that packs a nutritional punch! All you need is a little planning, by making sure you freeze the pineapple several hours before making the smoothie.
Ingredients
1 – 6 oz. container of Yoplait Light Fat Free Very Vanilla Yogurt
1 1/2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks (more or less depending on your taste)
1/4 cup of coconut milk
Technique
Place pineapple in a large shallow dish to freeze. The pineapple will freeze faster than putting them in a deep bowl. They should be frozen in about an hour. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. You may need stop the blender and push the pineapple down a couple of times to get them blended. The frozen pineapple will make it thick.
