Pumpkin Spice Ales

Everyone is celebrating fall with pumpkin carving parties and fall dinners. Why not bring something worth “chatting” about to your next get together – pumpkin spice ales. We have chosen two of our favorite at this point in time; Dogfish Head Punkin Ale (Milton, DE) and Michelob Brewing Co. Jack’s Pumpkin Spice Ale (St. Louis, MO). Each has its own unique flavor and in my opinion both have an amber flavor with just a hint of pumpkin and spice that complements the amber flavor without being overpowering. This style of beer is not as abundant as others, so select that kind(s) that are available to you. Have some friends over, try a few and see which one is your favorite. Drink responsibly and enjoy!
